By using Zess Tech’s hosting Packages, you agree to comply with our terms and conditions as outlined in this policy.

2. Account Setup

• Users must provide accurate and complete information during the signup process.
• Accounts will be activated upon payment confirmation.

3. Payment Terms

• All fees are due in advance on a monthly, annual, or multi-year basis, as selected by the user.
• Late payments may result in account suspension or termination.
• Payments can be made through various methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment gateways.

4. Refund Policy

• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund.
• Refunds will not be issued for renewal fees or for accounts terminated due to violations of our policies.
• Refund requests are processed within 14 business days.

5. Resource Usage

• Each hosting plan includes a specific allocation of resources (CPU, RAM, disk space). Exceeding these limits may result in additional charges or account suspension.
• Unlimited plans are subject to fair usage policies to prevent abuse and ensure equitable resource distribution among all customers.

6. Website Content

• Users are responsible for the content hosted on their accounts and must ensure that it complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:
  • Illegal activities
  • Adult material
  • Hate speech
  • Spam and unsolicited emails
  • Malware or any harmful software
• Zess Tech reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.

7. Backups

• We perform regular backups of our servers; however, users are strongly encouraged to maintain their own backups as a precaution.
• Zess Tech is not responsible for data loss due to user error, server failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Technical Support

• Technical support is available 24/7 via our support ticket system, live chat, or phone (depending on the plan).
• Support is limited to issues directly related to our services and does not include assistance with third-party applications or custom scripts.

9. Service Uptime

• We guarantee a 99.9% uptime for all hosting packages. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance, and efforts will be made to minimize disruptions.

10. Termination of Service

• We reserve the right to terminate any account that violates our policies without refund.
• Users may cancel their accounts at any time via the customer portal.

11. Amendments

• Zess Tech reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email to all customers and updated on our website.
• It is the responsibility of the users to review the policy regularly to stay informed of any changes.

12. Governing Law

• This policy shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under this policy will be resolved in accordance with the legal framework of Pakistan.
